When music supervisor Madonna Wade Reed—a longtime collaborator of Black Toast Music—was brought on to shape the sonic identity of All American, she turned to us to help set the tone. The CW's sports drama follows a talented high school football player from South L.A. who is recruited to play for Beverly Hills High, weaving a powerful narrative of identity, community, and culture.
Madonna needed music that could authentically reflect both Crenshaw and Beverly Hills—two very different worlds—and support the emotional highs and lows of the story: victories, setbacks, and family dynamics.
All American received praise from both critics and fans for its heartfelt storytelling and impactful soundtrack. In June 2025, it was renewed for its eighth and final season, set to premiere in 2026.
